Vinification: Maceration in contact with the grape skins for
a duration of 12 days, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel
tanks, aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. Further aged
in bottle for 6 months
In the glass: An intense bouquet with hints of ripe fruit and
rose petals. Persistent in taste, thanks to its fine and enveloping
tannins that give an elegant pleasantness to this wine
